Mystery Shopping Providers Association

– is the representing industry association for providers of mystery shopping. The association is working on a regional basis around the world with local offices in North America, Europe, the Asia-Pacific region and Latin America. All member companies are subject to specific quality standards and through this they are working together on strengthening and developing the mystery shopping industry by means of a combined, commercial effort and continuous knowledge sharing.

Shoptimizer joined the MSPA in 2008 and is currently handling all coordination of MSPA’s activities in Scandinavia. Furthermore, our commitment to MSPA has made Shoptimizer the preferred partner and subcontractor for international mystery shopping providers seeking professional solutions in Denmark.
